This Privacy Policy describes how TONE Presents("TONE," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit tonepresents.com, RSVP to events, purchase tickets, contact us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or provide personal information.

1. Information We Collect

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

We may collect information you submit, including:

• Name and contact details (email address, phone / mobile number, Instagram handle)
• RSVP and guest-list details (party size, table or bottle inquiries, event preferences)
• Payment-related information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
• Messages you send through contact or inquiry forms
• Communications with us by email, SMS, or social media

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location. We may use cookies, analytics, and similar technologies (including Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights) to understand how the site is used and improve performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Process RSVPs, guest lists, tickets, and table / bottle reservations
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, QR entry tickets, payment links, reminders)
• Send transactional SMS / text messages related to your RSVP, approval status, payment links, ticket delivery, and event entry (see SMS / Text Messaging below)
• Verify identity for private invitations and check-in
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Operate, secure, and improve the Services; prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number in connection with an RSVP, ticket purchase, invitation, or related form and consent to messaging, you agree to receive transactional text messages from TONE Presents. These messages may include:

• RSVP status updates (received, approved, waitlisted)
• Payment / checkout links needed to complete your ticket
• Ticket and QR entry confirmations
• Event day reminders and entry-related notices
• Responses to HELP / STOP and other support requests about your booking

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, when your RSVP is approved or when payment is completed). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any TONE text to cancel. You may receive a one-time confirmation. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS from this program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@tonepresents.com.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may still complete RSVP / ticket flows using email where available.

We use Brevo (and related carriers) to deliver SMS. Your phone number and message content are processed by Brevo according to their privacy practices. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers. We do not share opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to provide the Services described in this Policy and our Terms.

4. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers who help us operate (hosting, databases, email delivery, SMS, payments, analytics) under contractual obligations to protect your data
• Event venues / partners as needed to fulfill reservations or entry (for example, guest-name lists)
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer

We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood.

5. Payments

Ticket and related payments are processed by Stripe(or another payment processor we designate). Payment data is handled under the processor's privacy policy. We may receive limited payment metadata (amount, status, last four digits) to fulfill your order and provide support.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain guest and check-in records for events you attend, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained as required for compliance.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

• SMS: Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help
• Email: Use unsubscribe links where provided, or email us to update preferences for non-transactional messages (transactional service emails may still be sent when needed)
• Access / correction / deletion: Contact hello@tonepresents.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep)

9. Children

Our events and Services are intended for adults (21+ where alcohol is served). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International Visitors

We primarily operate in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand that information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we post revisions. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
